(Lobster Tails) 6 Course Dinner Party Menu-

  • 1st course – Ahi served on a crispy won ton with pickled ginger and fresh Wasabi or Insalata Caprese Tower.
  • 2nd course – Citrus Seafood Cocktail; Cucumber, Crab and Blackened Prawns top this one off.
  • 3rd course – Pear, Candied Pecans and Blue Cheese Crumbles served over a bed of delicate mixed greens; all tossed with a lite Champagne Vinaigrette.
  • 4th course – (palate cleanser) Campari Granita Italian frozen ice, Orange juice, lemon juice and honey
  • 5th course – Succulent Lobster Tails cooked to perfection and served with Golden Jasmine Rice, Peas and Pancetta tossed in lemon juice and olive oil, and completed with appropriate dinner bread/rolls and whipped herb butter.
  • 6th course – Chocolate Lava Cake served over raspberry coulee and coffee service.

(Beef Wellington)  6 Course Dinner Party Menu

  • 1st course – Petite Parmesan Baskets filled with Herb and Goat Cheese Mousse.
  • 2nd course – Zesty Prawn Cocktail served in Champagne Glass.
  • 3rd course – Arugula Salad topped with Fresh Berries, Asiago Cheese and Toasted Hazel Nuts tossed in       light vinaigrette.
  • 4th course – (palate cleanser) Melon Balls sprinkled with Lava Salt.
  • 5th course – Beef Wellington is a preparation of Beef Tenderloin steak coated with Mushroom pâté which is then wrapped in puff pastry and baked.  Served with Béarnaise Sauce, Accompanied with Parisian Potatoes, Oven Roasted Asparagus seasoned with Olive Oil and Lemon Zest. And completed with appropriate dinner bread/rolls and whipped herb butter.
  • 6th course – Strawberries with Zabaglione Cream and coffee service to follow
